I'm an avid RVer, just like you. Since 2018, I’ve been living full-time in a 5th wheel and a truck camper, so I understand firsthand how frustrating it is when something stops working and you're far from a dealership or stuck waiting for a callback that never comes.

That’s why I started AAA RV Tech—to offer a better way. I’m an Advanced Certified RV Technician who brings the repair shop to you, whether you’re parked in a driveway, a campground, or somewhere off-grid near Portland, Oregon. No towing, no long waits, just real help when you need it.

Hugo Benitez Review Hugo responded quickly to emails and text message. He arrived on time and properly diagnosed what we thought was a water pump leak as actually being a water heater leak. We discussed options and decided on replacing it with a tankless model. Hugo came back that afternoon to show us the tankless model then returned the next morning to remove the old water heater, identifying the weld breach that resulted in the slow leak. He then professionally installed the new tankless water heater securing all electric, water and gas connections and ran several tests to insure there were no leaks of any kind. We found Hugo to be professional, courteous and more than fair in his service rates. He was happy to answer all questions and demonstrated many things to me as we removed the old water heater and installed the new one. We would highly recommend Hugo Benitez and AAA RV Tech to anyone in the region who needs a qualified RV Tech who goes above and beyond in his approach to serving RV owners. This was our first experience with a moble service. We were hoping that our water pump was out but were not sure if we had leak. Hugo is fantastic. He responded to our message here and was at our van within 2 hours. (Wow when does that happen these days) He diagnosed the problem and even brought a water pump with him. Hugo showed us how to install the pump and how to trouble shoot other potenital issues. He provided additional tips and tricks which were most helpful to new RVers. We highly reccomend Hugo.
